Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our Batik prints, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired piece.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping across the USA. Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $300.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
