(Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our Batik prints, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired piece.
